I've changed the way I am presenting the work-in-progress "Better Spread Betting" book so that it is even better!
It's better for you because the embedded PDF is more like a book, and more like what the final paperback / e-book will look like.
It's better for me because I can work off-line without being tied to the blog, and I won't have to reformat the content as a PDF when the book is
